DentalMonitoring is a MedTech scale-up in a fast-growing medical field. We are looking for new talent to join our team!

Role and Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and directing performance of the Eastern DM sales team
  • Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
  • Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
  • Identify, sign up and train orthodontic practices that see the benefit of using DM to transform how remote monitoring and A.I. can be used to transform their practice for the benefit of themselves and their patients.
  • Develop an in depth technical understanding of the DM product portfolio and how its application benefits an orthodontic practice
  • Assess each customers needs and communicate how DM delivers benefits to the orthodontic practice and their patients
  • Conduct product demonstrations with orthodontists and their teams to effectively communicate the value proposition of DM
  • Meet sales targets for the sign up of new customers in the assigned territory and be results-focused to maximize the adoption of DM into a practice.
  • Conduct practice training to assist in the implementation of DM into the practice
  • Provide customers with ongoing product support and advice to encourage best practice in utilizing DM
  • Participate in trade shows, both local and international as determined by DM

Information Security


  • Be aware of the responsibility regarding information security
  • Perform work according to the applicable policies and procedures
  • Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of our ISMS
  • Report any observed or suspected weaknesses in our ISMS and any information security incident
  • Promote awareness regarding information security in the team
  • Monitor the applicable key indicators of the ISMS

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of proven sales experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the territory to be serviced
  • An understanding of how an orthodontic or dental practice functions is preferred
  • Equivalent sales experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical or B2B software industry will also be considered
  • Experience with digital applications or products will be highly regarded
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to adapt in an evolving environment and recognize opportunities to proactively deliver impact
  • Self-motivated team player able to prioritize and manage projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to convince and influence clients
  • Proficiency in necessary computer tools for the role, including Salesforce, and a keen interest in new technologies
  • Strong results orientation, ability to challenge oneself
  • A high level of IT knowledge (experience with dental scanners will be beneficial)
  • Strong ability to absorb complex technical and clinical information and convey this to a broad range of customers
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships/partnerships with internal and external clients
  • Flexibility to travel regularly to client locations or events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
  • A background in med-tech, dental and/or ortho desirable
  • Ability to inspire your team & co-workers
