Full description of the position

Job Description:

In this pivotal role, we seek a dynamic professional well-versed in both the design and sale of bathroom projects, with a preference for those possessing showroom experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive knowledge of bathroom products, showcasing a keen ability to navigate multiple customer requests and demands concurrently. Crucially, they must maintain unwavering focus on achieving and exceeding our sales targets, contributing significantly to the success of our team and growing business.
What you'll be up to:

  • Liaise and promptly respond to customers' enquiries across all our channels, such as Web chat, WhatsApp, SMS, emails, phone calls, etc.

  • Feed our CRM with all customer enquiries.

  • Provide online (video) consultations.

  • Prepare and send follow-up emails after video consultations.

  • Collect customers' bathroom info from our website.

  • Contact customers for further bathroom details if required.

  • Prepare custom floor plans and quotations for presentations.

  • Liaise with suppliers for product specifications, prices, and availability.

  • Generate invoices for payment.

  • Place orders across multiple vendors.

  • Keep customers updated on their product logistics.

  • Organize customer delivery.

  • Social media skills are a plus.

Who we are looking for:
The preferred candidate should possess a minimum of five years of sales experience, specifically in bathroom planning, and demonstrate a stellar track record of successful sales. Adept at product specification, the ideal candidate showcases proficiency in AutoCAD or SketchUp, emphasizing a comprehensive understanding of design tools to enhance our customer offerings and contribute to our sales success.
Commitment: This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday 9 am to 6pm EST, Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience + business equity.
