Full description of the position

Seeking motivated individual for inside business-to-business inbound/outbound sales at Hyatt's North Buffalo location. Hyatts is involved in selling materials and equipment to a wide range of commercial customers, including sign makers, label makers, screen printers, military bases and manufacturers nationwide. Customers owning the equipment we sell, then need the aftermarket consumable products we offer for use in producing end-user products.

Utilizing an existing customer database, as well as a database of similar companies, it will be your responsibility to focus on maintaining and growing sales. While the majority of your effort will be working with existing customers, you must be the type of person who is not afraid to reach out to develop new customers.

Computer experience required with Word, Excel, and CRM software such as ACT or Salesforce. Training on products and procedures provided. Previous inside or outside B2C or B2B sales experience is required.
