To be successful as a Mortgage Sales Representative, you must develop a strong understanding of mortgage market terminologies and possess a solid understanding of the current marketing condition. You are expected to build rapport with clients and continually meet or exceed sales goals.

Mortgage Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Your primary responsibility will be to pass the National Licensing Exam
• Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations, spotlighting the advantages of our Sharia-Compliant home financing product.
• Arrange and lead educational seminars at local mosques, organizations, and community gatherings to inform potential customers about our services.
• Offer top-notch customer service, ensuring a transparent and professional home financing process for clients.
• Collaborate closely with our knowledgeable management team to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
• Exhibit unwavering dedication to surpassing monthly home financing contract goals.

Mortgage Sales Representative Requirements:

• 2+ years of sales experience is a plus
• Purpose driven, self-motivated, focused on personal growth & development
• Bilingual English/Urdu, Arabic, Somali, or Bengali
• Knowledge of the local market
• Lucrative commission-based compensation structure
• Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and managers verbally or in writing via advanced telephone and email skills, as well as in person.
