We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative full of energy, great ideas and the experience and discipline to turn those ideas into reality. As our Customer Service Representative you will fill a critical role on the HRE Team. You will work closely with the HRE Application Specialist and your responsibilities will be focused on supporting our customers with their sales, returns, product questions, and fitment needs surrounding our wheel product line. This role is responsible for all day-to-day and long term tasks relating to our Sales Team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide phone, email and chat customer service support
• Provide detailed quotes and thorough explanations to customers regarding work being performed
• Sales support and data entry
• Create and maintain inspection reports - identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified
• Utilize basic hand held tools and measurement instruments

• Read, interpret and follow basic instructions, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately inspect and process returned goods
• Perform daily updates to ensure the product is flowing through production

Maintain an organized work area Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets high quality standards

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Basic reading skills. Must be able to follow directions

• Basic computer navigation and utilization skills
• Basic MS Office skills

• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly

• Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem and to think in such a way as to produce a new concept or idea

• High attention to detail and self-motivation skills

Physical Demands and Abilities:

• Ability to lift 30-50 pounds

• Regularly perform repetitive tasks

• Regularly possess manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately

Preferences:

• Previous experience with automotive customer service or sales
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Previous experience with ERP systems
• Previous experience as an automotive technician

($20.00/hr to $25.00 hr) DOE to start.
