Position Overview:
As a Client Chief Information Officer (CIO), you will collaborate closely with PCS and our clients to assess their ongoing technological needs and devise strategic plans for their future IT endeavors. This role requires a keen understanding of MSP operations, exceptional customer service skills, and a robust knowledge of Microsoft products and business IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their IT requirements and goals.
- Provide expert guidance and consultation on technology planning and implementation.
- Evaluate server infrastructure and virtualization technologies.
- Offer support for basic networking, firewalls, and VPN setups.
- Leverage knowledge of MS Office 365 and Windows 10.
- Demonstrate proficiency in virtualization technologies.
- Deliver exceptional communication and customer service at all levels.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and decision-making skills.
- Utilize business acumen to align IT solutions with clients' strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an MSP environment is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in IT customer service.
- Expertise in Microsoft products and business IT systems.
- Familiarity with server infrastructure, virtualization technologies, and networking fundamentals.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office 365 and Windows 10.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Outstanding customer service orientation.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking.
