We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Sales Associate in our Richmond, VA location.

Position: Full time, day shift opportunity with great benefit options

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for engaging with business customers and clients and promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors.
• Provide superior customer service to our customers.
• Provide support for our Parts Stores.
• Provide warehouse support for wholesale customers as needed including shipping and receiving, loading and unloading, operating a forklift, pulling orders and scanning materials for documentation.

Education/Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience necessary (training provided)
• HVAC experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• PC skills and inventory and shipping/receiving systems experience required
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal (Teambuilding) skills
• Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment
• Must be team oriented.
