As the Front Desk Coordinator, you are responsible to work with all customers, furry friends and team members to ensure Dog-Topia sets the highest standards & satisfaction of safety and fun!

Qualifications: MUST LOVE DOGS

• Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast paced environment surrounded by dogs!
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to sell enrollments
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including some holidays and some weekends
• Ability to make/take phone calls while still assisting lobby

Day to Day Duties

• Greeting EVERYONE that walks in or out of Dog-Topia!
• Answering telephone calls and emails
• Data entry
• Be knowledgeable on pricing and services
• Use social media to promote in-unit and out of unit events
• Strive for high customer review ratings
