Requirements: - Proven track record of success in roofing sales - Strong knowledge of roofing materials and industry practices - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable transportation and valid driver's license - 3+ years of experience in roofing sales

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a technical or B2B environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Proven track record of business development and closing sales deals
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes
- Bilingual language are welcome

- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed sales decisions
