Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail environment. Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products

- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits

- Provide information and answer questions about products and services

- Assist customers with their purchases, including processing payments and handling cash

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred

- proficient with Microsoft products: excel, word, outlook

- Knowledge of wireless technology sales is desirable

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to sell products effectively and persuade customers

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Comfortable with cash handling and basic math skills

- Must have availability Sundays, we are closed on Saturdays
