TCC Wireless is currently looking for a motivated Wireless Sales Representative to join our teams at both our Hummelstown and Camp Hill locations.

You don't need experience, but if you have any prior experience at all working at nearby AT&T or T-Mobile locations, we strongly encourage you to apply!

Wireless Sales Representative Benefits:

• Compensation structure is: $10-$12 hourly base with commission/bonuses up to $21-$24 an hour

Wireless Sales Representative Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of customer service, sales, or commission related background is preferred, but not required as we're more than willing to take entry level applicants (just need to be able to communicate effectively with clients)
• Ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment

• Ability to work independently
• Motivation to grow and win, individually and as part of a team (Failure isnt an option)

Wireless Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Come in everyday ready to get the job done!!
• Develop and cultivate company-provided leads through the entire sales cycle (from qualifying to negotiating and closing)
• Connect with customers face-to-face and maintain the strongest customer service mentality - that's what we strive for the most
• Articulate wireless service, benefits, and processes to potential customers through all outlets (phone, online, and in-person)
• Learn and develop new, creative sales and customer service techniques and strategies
• Meet monthly sales targets and maintain relationships with customers through process
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and articulate market feedback.
• Be able to contribute significantly to our team culture

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
