About Us:

Cravens & Lewis Jewelers is a family owned and operated jewelry store that provides repair services and quality jewelry since 1950. The family business has been in its current location since 1960 after being in two other locations in down Georgetown. In 1970 John and Jean Lewis took over the store after Jeans father, Owen Cravens death. They have worked side by side to mold it into the business it has become. Many changes have happened over the decades, but we work to maintain the quality and satisfaction of our customers. The store features a large showroom that has a large range of gold, silver, diamonds and gemstone jewelry on display.

Sales Associate :

Cravens & Lewis Jewelers is in search of dedicated and driven sales associates who can assist customers with their jewelry purchases from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will become part of our family business, embrace the values and principles of Cravens & Lewis Jewelers, and work towards achieving sales targets while surpassing customer expectations.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers as they enter the store

Be able to provide customers with product information

Sell merchandise to meet or exceed sales expectations

Be able to have outstanding customer service and make our customers shopping experience one that they will tell their friends

Be able to create or update customer profile records

Process payments with correct totals using checks, cash or credit cards

Contributes to the team effort by doing backroom duties that support the sales floor

Understand and utilize policies and procedures to be able to handle customer transactions and solve customer service issues appropriately.

Perform store preparation by setting up and closing operations, which includes moving jewelry from showcases to the safe

Perform basic store maintenance (trash, vacuuming, glass cleaning), merchandising (window displays, straighten cases) and other responsibilities to keep the store safe, clean and inviting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
