Position Summary:
We are seeking a Sales & Customer Service Representative to provide guidance and support to prospective customers regarding our products. This role involves proactive follow-up with customers via phone and email and assisting senior management with day-to-day tasks. There is ample opportunity for long-term growth in this position.

Qualifications and Position Requirements:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree in business or related field preferred.
Experience: 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred. Computer proficiency and effective communication skills in English (phone and email) are essential. Sales experience in Electronics and Appliances is a plus but not required.
Physical: Ability to work approximately 40 hours per week, including sitting at a computer for extended periods.
Language: Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Additional Requirements: Troubleshooting skills, teamwork abilities, proficiency in Windows, Web Browsers, Excel, and Word. Knowledge of web development or website maintenance is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer service emails promptly.
Educate customers on our product offerings.
Provide technical guidance based on customer needs.
Follow up with customers to increase sales opportunities.
Maintain and build customer relationships.
Efficiently provide quotes and respond to inquiries.
Conduct inbound and outbound phone calls.
Ensure exceptional customer service delivery.

Detailed Duties:
Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, escalating as necessary.
Process quotations and orders accurately.
Coordinate shipments with warehouse and logistics partners.
Provide technical assistance or coordinate with relevant personnel.
Update customers on repair statuses.
Manage email accounts efficiently.
Perform additional tasks as required.
