Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Jewelry Associate to join our team. As a Jewelry Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling jewelry products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry items
- Provide product demos and educate customers on the features and benefits of different jewelry pieces
- Handle cash register transactions, including cash handling and processing credit card payments
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management
- Perform basic math calculations to determine pricing, discounts, and sales totals
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Stay updated on industry trends and new jewelry products to effectively communicate with customers

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive shopping experience
- Experience in technical sales, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry
- Familiarity with cash register operations and cash handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for pricing calculations and inventory management
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus
