Job Description:
The Event Manager is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and managing a team of Brand Ambassadors to build brand awareness and generate sales leads throughout the assigned territory. In addition, they are responsible for sourcing events, managing budgets, staff schedules, and successful event execution. This position will be based in our Memphis, TN office.

To be considered for this position you must:

• Be honest, ethical, and reliable.
• Have a warm, outgoing personality.
• Have excellent communication skills and a likable personality.
• Have a minimum of 2+ years in a managerial position.
• Have strong recruiting and training skills.
• Have strong planning and organizational skills, including attention to detail.
• Have experience with budgeting and planning.
• Be self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
