Full description of the position

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our real estate office as a licensed Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the real estate transaction process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent interpersonal skills, people, and a proven track record of sales success.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation:
  • Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and financial considerations.
  • Educate clients about the home buying or selling process, market trends, and property values.
  • Property Marketing:
  • List properties for sale or rent by creating compelling marketing materials, including photos, descriptions, and virtual tours.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or tenants.
  • Promote properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and networking events.
  • Property Search and Evaluation:
  • Conduct property searches based on client criteria and preferences.
  • Schedule and accompany clients to property viewings, providing insights and guidance throughout the process.
  • Evaluate properties to determine their market value and potential investment opportunities.
  • Negotiation and Transaction Management:
  • Assist clients with making offers, counteroffers, and negotiating terms of sale or lease agreements.
  • Coordinate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, inspectors, and attorneys, to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Prepare and review contracts, purchase agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on market activity, property listings, and transaction progress.
  • Address client concerns, questions, and objections in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Active real estate license in GA, NC or TN required, or willing to get one
  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales or related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends, neighborhoods, and property values.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and tools for listing management and transaction coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of real estate coursework or certification programs preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs and property viewings.
  • Work primarily in a real estate office environment, with occasional travel to properties and client meetings.
