Now Hiring - STP - Inside Sales in Sturbridge, MA

Inside Sales Rep to sit onsite in our Sturbridge office. This position will connect with construction contractors as well as tradesmen and women all over New England and help put them to work with well respected contractors on construction sites.

Responsibilities include:

• Reach out and respond to potential customers and candidates via phone and email
• Interview candidates and onboard them through a customized system
• Take and enter job orders
• Prepare, post and manage roles in our applicant tracking system and job boards
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills and experience;
• Provide regular update reports to team;
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process; create and ensure a positive candidate experience (for both selected and non-selected candidates) throughout the entire recruiting process;

Preferred qualifications:

• Great attitude is the key for this position!
• Fearless on the phones; able to talk to anyone and everyone
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Sales or Recruiting experience preferred!
• Ability to easily shift recruitment direction and priorities based on the ever-changing critical business needs;
