Monday Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. alternating Saturdays 8 a.m. to noon

Our Counter Salespeople maintain good working relationships utilizing effective verbal and written communications with all customers, co-workers and vendors by providing information, answering questions and selling merchandise over the counter in a friendly, courteous and professional manner with a positive outlook and a desire to serve. They perform general warehouse duties that include picking orders for customers as well as moving and storing materials as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in locating the parts they need.
• Answer questions about products, pricing, and availability.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our computerized system.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting periodic inventory counts.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Hardworking and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
• Must be available to work alternating Saturdays.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
