Bilingual Sales Inspector

Our firm is looking for a skilled and competent individual to join our elite team of problem solvers and knowledgeable professionals as a Bilingual Sales Inspector. We are an eco-friendly, comprehensive environmental services based in Long Island City, New York that provides service to the New York City and the Tri-State Areas. We offer training on all company techniques and equipment.

We are looking for a Bilingual Sales Inspector with excellent communication skills fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English to fill a role as a home inspector serving the Chinese market in New York City. This role will specialize in termite inspections.

Our firm will teach you everything you need to know to perform the duties of a Sales Inspector. A Bilingual Sales Inspector must be eager to learn, a good communicator, have a valid driver's license, and possess some basic handyman skills. We are willing to sponsor the right candidate with qualifications for this position.

Responsibilities include:

• Master company information and be able to explain it appropriately to clients
• Perform home inspections (Training provided)
• Communicate with clients and upsell services as needed
• Provide the best solutions for clients' needs
• Must be able to lift 30-40lbs

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Valid NYS Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Background in construction, maintenance or handyman is preferred, but not required.
• You are detail-oriented, independent and good with time management
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers, managers, and fellow employees
• Display interest and potential in gaining knowledge in the inspection field
• Serious about a full-time, long-term position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
