Your role involves not only booking services but also upselling add-on services to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the shop's revenue growth. Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence:
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide detailed information about our auto detailing, marine detailing, and additional services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Sales and Upselling:
• Convert estimates into confirmed bookings by effectively communicating the value of our services.
• Upsell add-on services and packages to meet customer preferences and maximize revenue.
• Employ persuasive sales techniques to guide customers in choosing the right services for their needs.
• Product and Service Knowledge:
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of auto detailing, marine detailing, and other related services offered by the shop.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and innovative detailing techniques to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the detailing team to coordinate appointments, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet and exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the detail shop.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Record and maintain accurate customer information, service details, and appointments in the booking system.
• Generate and follow up on estimates, ensuring timely communication with potential customers.

Qualifications:

• Sales Skills: Proven ability to convert inquiries into sales, with experience in upselling.
