Full description of the position

Our StretchLab Willowbrook studio is seeking a high energy, passionate, and sales motivated individual to run our Front Desk! This individual is passionate about overall wellness and has a love for forming community! The purpose of the Sales Representative is to play an active role in selling memberships to prospective and existing members, assist the General Manager with daily operations, greet customers, book sessions and answer any Studio texts, calls, VMs, and emails.

**Roles available include weekend shifts only (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships and retail items to new and existing clients
• Assist General Manager with daily operations
• Greet customers as they arrive
• Book sessions for new and existing customers
• Answer phone calls at the front desk
• Manage online and phone reservations
• Manage store emails and text messages to/from clients

Skills

• Work experience as a retail cashier and/or sales associate (preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Professional customer service attitude
• Willingness to learn

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
