Position Overview:
As a Salesperson, you will play a pivotal role in Client relations. We're looking for individuals who are not only skilled in Sales, but who also share our core values of personal and professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Their primary role is to acquire new clients. This involves identifying and reaching out to potential clients who might need assistance with debt recovery. These could include businesses across various industries such as healthcare, finance, utilities, and retail.
  • Relationship Building: Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients is crucial. This ensures ongoing business and can also lead to referrals. Effective communication and regular follow-ups are key strategies.
  • Understanding Client Needs: A salesperson needs to thoroughly understand the specific needs of each client. This includes the type of debts they need collected, their average account size, their industry specifics, and any special requirements they might have.
  • Presenting Services: Demonstrating how the agency's services can meet potential clients' needs is critical. This might involve presenting different collection strategies, success rates, compliance with legal standards, and the technological tools the agency uses for debt collection.
  • Negotiating Contracts: The salesperson is often involved in negotiating the terms of service contracts with new clients. This includes pricing, the scope of services, and any performance guarantees.
  • Market Analysis: Keeping up with trends in the debt collection industry and understanding changes in regulations is important. This knowledge helps in tailoring pitches to the needs and concerns of potential clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Salespersons typically work closely with other departments within the agency, such as the legal team, to ensure that the services offered are compliant with all laws and regulations. They also coordinate with the customer service and operational teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
