Aesthetic Sales Consultant for Medical Spa in West Los Angeles, CA. Pay rate: $21-$30 per hour with bonuses included, 5 days a week, Full time, and must be willing to work Saturdays. The main responsibility of this job is to drive sales by upselling to existing patients through text, phone calls and in-person and holding consultations and selling treatment packages. Must be a team player and work well in a team. Looking for someone who's coachable and wants to eventually be a sales manager.

We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic and goal-oriented Aesthetic Sales Consultant/Patient Coordinator to join our South Coast MedSpa team! You will drive sales for the office, perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Hold consultations with patients and sign them up for treatments
• Manage Front Desk, Answer calls, Check patients in and out
• Upsell to existing patients through phone, text, in-person
• Text existing and new patients, book appointments
• Describe existing SCMS procedures and upsell on products and services
• Meet and exceed sales goals for the office
• Flip treatment rooms to support medical staff
• Perform routine administrative duties
• Help with Social Media

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales and aesthetics industry
• Knowledge of social media platform such as Instagram, Facebook etc.
• Superb customer service and sales skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proven sales track record in exceeding sales goals
• Team Player that can work independently
• Driven to make bonuses and help office reach monthly sales goals
