Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships, and closing sales for our comprehensive range of waterproofing systems. As an integral part of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate customers' waterproofing needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers, highlighting the benefits and features of our waterproofing systems.
• Prepare accurate proposals and quotes, negotiate terms, and secure contracts to meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other industry stakeholders.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, project managers, and support staff to ensure seamless execution of projects and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of waterproofing systems & construction techniques
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Benefits:

• Travel reimbursement

Compensation package:

• 8 hour shift

Travel requirement:

• Up to 75% travel
