Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, identifying client needs, and selling insurance policies. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong sales skills and a passion for helping others protect their assets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
- Provide accurate and timely quotes to clients
- Process insurance applications and policy changes
- Assist clients with claims processing and follow-up
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial insurance sales or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Multilingual skills, particularly Spanish, are highly desirable
- Proficient in benefits administration and market analysis
- Knowledge of sales administration processes
