Dual Sales and Events Coordinator Position

at the beautiful Harraseeket Inn, Freeport and the Sebasco Harbor Resort,

Phippsburg.

We are searching for a fourth to join our experienced and busy Sales team to assist

us in our everyday tasks.

Must enjoy working with people, good phone skills, organizational skills, flexible

schedule.

Data Entry, distribution of material to other departments, following up with clients

on information needed for events, attending to rooming lists, attending staff

meetings as needed, working hand in hand with Catering and Corporate Sales

Managers to assist with their workflow.

Will rotate between two hotel properties as needed.

Knowledge of food and beverage a plus!

Knowledge of Weddings a big plus!

Hotel experience is a plus!

Pay is dependent upon experience! Great benefits.

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: From $40k - $50k

Expected hours: 40 per week.

• Monday to Friday typically in off season, November through April

• Weekend availability needed in Season, May through October

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
