Full description of the position

Summary: Perform all service functions and activities to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Primary purpose of the position is to pick up and deliver textile products to customers in a safe and timely manner.

Following are the primary duties and responsibilities of the position.

Load and unload delivery vehicle daily.

Perforn daily vehicle inspection.

Drive delivery vehicle to and from customer stops.

Present a positive, business-like personal appearance and attitude.

Carry and walk clean products into and soiled products out of customer accounts.

Communicate with customers regarding their needs.

Collect funds owed to company for current service or for Accounts Receivable balances as directed by Office Manager.

Maintain accurate route and customer records.

Submit all route paperwork daily, including any funds collected.

Ensure customers' needs are met by performing necessary tasks or informing management of customers' needs outside realm of responsibility.

Perform customer inventories as needed.

Retain customers through outstanding customer service.

Increase sales by marketing rental and direct sale items to new and existing customers.

Collect for all missing and abused merchandise from existing customers.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality standards.

Present a professional image for the company by maintaining a professional appearance.

Maintain a professional, clean service vehicle by performing necessary housekeeping activities.

Perform other tasks as needed by Service Management.

Following are the educational and experience qualifications required for the position:

Some college coursework, and

Two years' general work experience, or

Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Valid driver's license in state of residence.

Driving record sufficient to pass DOT requirements for operating a commercial motor vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,041.37 - $50,630.46 per year
