Description:

Oregon Corrections Enterprises (OCE) is seeking a full-time Inside Sales and Pricing Representative working at Oregon State Penitentiary in Salem, Oregon. The key functions of this position include the entry of sales orders, assisting with customer service issues and resolution, evaluate customer satisfaction, development of new business, and follow-up on leads provided by external sales managers and technical support unit. This position will work with our CADD personnel on product revisions and customer specifications.

Desired Knowledge and Skills:

• Assessment and analysis in pricing of sales items and special raw materials
• Experience in lead generation and cultivation
• High attention to detail
• Work well under pressure
• Experience in sales support for wood/metal manufacturing
• Demonstrated customer service and problem solving skills
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience working within an ERP system

Minimum Qualifications:

• Three years of sales support, order processing, sales processes or project management

AND

• Pass an initial and annual Law Enforcement Data System (LEDS) criminal background check
• Pass pre-employment drug screening
