Director of Sales - Full Time - Denver Staybridge Suites by IHG

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic sales plans. This is a key leadership role that requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in sales.

Duties:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives

- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities

- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management

- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and market conditions

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar role in the industry

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions

- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

- Experience in account management, outside sales, or business development

- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
