Full description of the position

StretchLab is seeking an experience Sales Lead to join our team! This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is taking the fitness industry by storm.

StretchLabs proprietary flexologist training ensures that their clients receive a world class stretching session.

Job Duties:

Quarterly

  • Co-Lead Quarterly Team Meeting with Lead Flexologist & Sales Manager (1 hr meeting / 30 min prep time)

Monthly

  • Track studio payroll and submit information to upper management bi-monthly within 3 business days after the end of payroll session for area manager to review.
  • Add new retail items to inventory or delegate responsibility to a Sales Supervisor.
  • Create and send bi-monthly current events newsletter to leads/members using EMMA to communicate studio events and promotions.
  • Plan 1 popup a month for the studio
  • Attend at least 1 popup each month
  • Submit office supply orders to the Area Manager on a bi-monthly basis using the inventory sheet
  • Train Sales Supervisors who are comfortable with the normal daily/weekly work flow on one management task and oversee them in taking ownership of that task on a weekly basis. Every Sales Supervisor should work towards at least one specialty task to do weekly while working their normal shifts.
  • Have the studios sales schedule posted by the 25th of the month prior for the full upcoming month.

Weekly

  • Review sales and flexologist punches and make any corrections on a weekly basis.
  • Fill out Studios KPI dashboard weekly on Monday or Tuesday morning before Management meeting.
  • Attend Weekly Leadership meetings and present studio KPI dashboard metrics and areas of opportunity for the week.
  • Approve/Deny Flexologists requests off from work

Daily

  • Work 90+% of your time at the front of studio

Ensure all member and prospect tasks are being completed to schedule StretchLab sessions and enroll them in a membership

Verify that all sales staff is completing tasks using the KIO sheet

Ensure all voicemails, text messages and emails are answered daily

  • Work ~10% of your time completing studio tasks that are managerial level

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administration Duties. (30-35 hours combined with sales)

Turn around Members requests to freeze or cancel accounts to be completed by the end of each scheduled shift.

Answer all manager emails during each scheduled shift

  • Daily role play with sales staff/Flex (20 min)

Ensure each sales supervisor is completing their RolePlay Sheet by the end of each month

  • Manage the studios social media accounts and marketing opportunities. Encouraged to delegate strategically. (15 minutes a day. Optional to delegate to a Sales Supervisor).

Daily post into Instagram Story

Post 3 times per week on Instagram

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the StretchLab Studio

Ongoing

  • Take Photo of New Flex and Send Completed Bio to Xponential Fitness for Website (20 min per flex)
  • Train new Sales Supervisors in:

How To correctly use the KIO sheet, other studio documents and shared folders

How to correctly use ClubReady

  • Provide exceptional level of customer service at the studio for members via face-to-face service, phone, text and email.
  • Become proficient at Club Ready software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and possible sales opportunities
  • Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures for both customers and employees
  • Drive retail sales and single StretchLab session sales. Encouraged to delegate retail
  • Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications:

  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
  • Sales background not required but is a huge plus!
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in assisted stretch memberships and retail
  • Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
  • Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
  • Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Must have proficient computer skills
  • Must be goal oriented and numbers driven
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends. Sunday availability required.
