Automotive Business Development Service Coordinator

The Automaster is looking for a Business Development Service Coordinator to join our Service family. A Service Coordinator is responsible for creating service appointments/opportunities for the dealership.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receiving and promptly responding to inbound calls and online inquiries
• Identifying client needs and scheduling appointments, facilitating requests for visit
• Utilize various systems to answer customer questions on services performed
• Handle customer concerns with integrity and compassion
• Maintain online appointment scheduler and internal calendar
• Maintain a professional appearance and work space
• Complete follow-up calls

Minimum Qualifications:

• Customer service or sales background
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Computer proficiency and basic typing skills
• Positive attitude with an upbeat, outgoing personality
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Attention to details
