About the Sales Associate position:

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Experience with cash register operations and handling transactions accurately.
- Basic math skills for calculating totals, providing change, and processing payments.
- Previous retail sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of POS systems and technology sales is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills to ensure efficient stocking and merchandising.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in Spanish.
- Prior experience in food service or related fields is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and provide excellent customer service.
- Comfortable with product demos and explaining features to customers.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register and POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by stocking shelves and keeping the store tidy.
- Utilize basic math skills to handle transactions and provide accurate change to customers.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and conduct product demos to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, especially in Spanish when needed.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient store operations.
