Account Manager for Rock Medical Group will manage and support existing Direct Business Clients (Direct Accounts) and Managed Service Clients (hospitals and healthcare systems). The Account Manager is integral to Client management, retention, saturation, growth, expansion, and relationship.

One of the goals for RMG Account Managers is to create a well-planned and supportive experience every time for our Clients and the Travelers who are hired by them.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Live our RMG's Core Values in every aspect of your work life.
• Seek out and develop relationships with Clients to obtain Direct Contracts.
• ***Protect these Client relationships by sending only vetted and qualified Traveler profiles to fill their needs.
• ***Obtain all relevant Client credentialing requirements.
• Negotiate competitive bill rates with Direct Contracts (at times, educate them on the current market rates).
• Accurately and completely manage all your own current Client job orders in Insight.
• Work closely with Recruiters to...
• ***Match qualified Travelers with current job orders.
• ***Communicate updates, offers, extensions, etc.
• ***Seek resolutions quickly and efficiently for any issues with their Travelers and your Clients as they arise.
• Manage VMS and MSP contracts as determined by Management.
• Market RMG's fully vettted, profiled, and qualified Travelers to both Contracted and non-Contracted Clients.
• Work closely with Compliance Specialists to confirm what pre-employment paperwork must be collected from Travelers.
• Be available during evening and weekend hours for "emergencies" with your Clients.
• Be a TEAM PLAYER - help where and when you can for the benefit of the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
