Learn more about us at: [please apply online] Environmental Solutions is seeking an Account Manager for our Augusta, GA returns management division, America's Remanufacturing Company. Day-to-day account needs including managing client inquiries, ensuring program flow and client support

Responsible for helping develop strong client relationships

Lead client initiatives and projects

Act as liaison between client and internal teams as needed

Oversee the key account programs to ensure all contractual obligations are met

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales presentations for assigned accounts

Collect and analyze data/information from different sources to gain insights necessary to make informed and measurable decisions

Coordinate and communicate regularly with internal teams including supply chain, logistics, operations, engineering, product sales and client service to ensure clients needs are met

Initiate and coordinate client-specific projects to ensure completion

Identify business development opportunities, as well as provide solutions that meet internal, as well as external client demands

Review and analyze current service offerings for clients to ensure the correct service mix

Create, update and manage an accurate organizational chart for each assigned account

Responsible for monthly financial and program reporting

Manage continuous reporting to shareholders and upper management with excellent written and verbal communication of major project metrics as well as ongoing project

Pay: $48,148.00 - $64,205.00 per year
