### Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling insurance policies, and assisting clients with their insurance needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others and has a strong background in insurance sales.

### Duties:

- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current insurance coverage and make recommendations for additional or updated policies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate policy terms and conditions on behalf of clients
- Process insurance applications, policy changes, and claims accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations

### Qualifications:

- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications for insurance administration
- proficiency in English and is highly desired
- Knowledge of benefits administration is a plus

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,241.92 per year
