Primary Responsibilities of a Full Time Account Representative:
- Shadow top-leading sales executives and work closely with our senior account managers to gain complete clarity of our clients campaign strategies, KPIs, products, services, and promotions
- Outreach and educate consumers on the benefits of our clients products and services through live presentations to assist our marketing and sales team in achieving daily sales goals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all order adjustments, price quotations, purchase orders, and billing inquiries with the customer directly
- Partake in all in-person meetings and virtual conferences regarding our clients expansion to retain fresh product knowledge and maintain compliance
- Work cross-functionally with our fellow account management, marketing, sales, and customer service team to create and implement a more effective, competitive marketing strategy
- Increase customer satisfaction and build customer loyalty by active listening, consultative relationship building, and empathic communication
Full Time Account Representative Skills Preferred:

Basic Qualifications We Look For in an Full Time Account Representative:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or other related business fields preferred or in the process of completion
- 0-3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Client Relations, Customer Service, or internship in related fields
- Flexible Availability Working Weekends
Our Full Time Account Representative position starts on average between $42,000 - $53,000 per year. This position is based on performance with bonus and commission incentives on a weekly basis. The above pay range is based on an average Full Time Account Representative earnings. This is subject to change as high performance is between $45,000- $60,000 per year.
