Job Description:
Intec BioPlastics is seeking talented and experienced Account Executive's with expertise in both polymers and packaging to join our team. As the Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities within the polymers and packaging sectors. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with Intec BioPlastics' product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the polymers and packaging segments.
• Identify and prioritize potential clients within the target market, including manufacturers, distributors, and packaging companies.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on polymer and packaging solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to customize solutions that meet the unique requirements of each client.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the polymers and packaging industries.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to senior management.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting the polymers and packaging sectors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles within the polymers and packaging industries.
• Strong understanding of polymer materials, packaging technologies, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
