We are a staffing agency located in Tolleson, AZ

We staff for a variety of light industrial warehouse positions as well as a variety of office rolls

Are you a recruiter looking for a growth opportunity? Are you tired of recruiting and need a career change? We are looking for someone who has knowledge in the staffing industry and wants a change to an outside sales rep. All training is paid

Flexible with part or full time. Mon-Friday. Office hours are 8 am to 5 pm

Hourly pay will be based on the experience you have now.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced candidate who has experience in staffing to join our team. As an employee, you will be responsible for sales, and client relationship management. You will play a crucial role in the success of our organization by attracting and retaining clients/companies, providing training and development opportunities, and ensuring employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities: But not limited to

Working outside of the office the majority of your day
- Develop and implement effective client/company acquisition strategies to attract qualified clients
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source client/companies, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for B2B acquisition
- Manage your own company contact database as well as work with senior sales team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, talent management, or human resources
- Strong negotiation skills to secure top companies
- Excellent cold calling abilities to reach out to potential clients/customers, in person and phone
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients/customers at all levels of the organization

Need someone who is:

Adaptable, organized, goal oriented, positive, good at multitasking, has good attention to detail, can work alone and stay on track as well as work within the team.

Most important can be count on to be at work everyday

Basic computer skills office and Excel

Must have own car with valid driver's license
