Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a Counter Sales Representative for a client in the Omaha area! This person will have knowledge of siding materials and terminology, and exhibit the ability to sell!

Counter Sales Representative Job Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers with their inquiries, product selection, and purchases
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean and organized sales counter and retail area
• Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's experience
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed

What we are looking for in a Counter Sales Representative:

• Previous experience in Siding Sales or sales is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
• Proficient in retail math and basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions
• Ability to build rapport with customers as to enhance referral and sales targets

Hours:

Monday to Friday

8am-5pm
