As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and contributing to our mission of providing quality pharmaceutical products and services. Primary Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 75 calls per day, including cold calling to new prospects and warm calling to past/existing customers.
- Generate new accounts and review job-specific details such as new products, backorders, allocations, and shortages.
- Meet work ethic drivers, including opening new accounts, product diversity in sales, talk time goals, and account retention.
- Manage accounts by building and maintaining customer relationships, generating sales, prospecting for leads, and assisting in accounts receivable.
- Utilize various platforms such as Google, Acumatica, and LinkedIn for lead generation and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supporting departments, including accounting, operations, purchasing, and warehouse.
Applicant Education and Competencies:
- Minimum of High School Diploma, College Degree preferred.
- Follow our business casual dress code.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Attention to detail, highly organized, and ability to multitask in a busy call center environment.
- Strong critical thinking skills, active listening, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy and technical adaptability.
- Self-driven and motivated with the ability to develop positive relationships with co-workers and customers.

Compensation:
- The starting wage for this position is $18 per hour plus an additional 10% commission with unlimited earning potential.
