Overview

Were a small, well-established, growing company in Rochester, NY, and part of a larger global medical imaging company headquartered in Germany. We provide products and services to hospital radiology departments and diagnostic imaging centers, helping them with their electronic medical imaging needs.

Were looking for an energetic and self-motivated full-time Sales Associate / Lead Generator to help us increase sales by growing, maintaining, and working our prospect and customer database. For a qualified candidate, there is opportunity to grow into a sales representative within the company.

Job Responsibilities

Working closely with the sales and marketing team:

1) Maintain, grow, and work the sales prospect and customer database

• Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, databases, social media, and industry platforms.
• Utilize company / other tools and resources to gather contact information for potential customers.
• Initiate contact with potential leads through email, phone, email/social campaigns, and other outbound communication methods.
• Collaborate on the development of effective strategies for lead generation and generate general interest and curiosity in the companys products and services through other sales and marketing efforts.

2) Database Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of new leads and interactions in the companys CRM system.
• Review and update current customer and prospect records in the companys CRM system.

3) Market Research

• Stay informed and report about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the market landscape.

4) Provide general office support, e.g., help cover the main phone line.

5) Other duties may be assigned.

• Strong communication skills (e.g., comfortable making phone calls and speaking with professionals; communicating in a professional manner)
• Proficient computer/database and social media skills
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities

• Minimum education, high school diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
