Our newest division is dedicated to providing our clients with unparalleled exposure in the retail market space. Focused on customer engagement and lead generation, this fast paced role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high energy, people-centric environment.

As an In-Store Lead Generator, your primary responsibility is to engage with customers inside various large retail establishments, generate interest in our clients products or services, and collect relevant customer information to generate leads. You will serve as a brand ambassador, representing our clients' brand in a positive and professional manner.

In-Store Lead Generator Daily Responsibilities:

• Utilize the high level of in-store foot traffic provided by our retail partnerships to engage with customers and develop interested leads on behalf of our clients
• Use the tools provided to explain our clients services and the benefits available and ask questions to gain a better understanding of the customers current needs in order to provide them with the best solutions possible
• Maintain a compliant and positive work environment at all times
• Work with fellow team members to problem solve, generate new ideas and consistently improve results for our clients
• Other duties as assigned

In-Store Lead Generator Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Experience or some exposure to working in a retail or customer service based role is a plus but not required, full training is provided to all new employees
• Clear and confident communication skills, especially verbal
• Focused and goal driven with a motivation to continuously learn and improve
• Ability to engage with a diverse range of customers and build rapport quickly.

In-Store Lead Generator Requirements:

• Must be able to work full-time Monday-Friday with some hours on Saturdays as you progress
• Must be able to commute to our office located by Angels Stadium
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to start within 2 weeks of offer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $750.00 - $1,300.00 per week
