Now Hiring - PGA TOUR, Inc. - Arts Entertainment And Recreation Director International Market Development in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL

The primary focus of this role will be managing the TOURs relationship with leaders of the global professional golf ecosystem. All of which are connected to the PGA TOURs Strategic Alliance with the European Tour Group as each international tour enjoys a formal pathway onto the DP World Tour (DPWT) and eventually the PGA TOUR. Given the myriad scenarios that are being discussed about what the golf ecosystem will look like in the future, it's critical that we maintain a direct relationship with each of these tours in addition to the European Tour Groups own dealings with each tour.

This position will also perform analysis and research necessary to develop the TOURs evolving international strategy and can assist on all matters related to the Strategic Alliance.

• Bachelors degree required, MBA a plus
• Minimum 10 years work experience, International business experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Bilingual/multi-language skills a plus

• Work closely with counterparts at other golf tours to help strengthen existing partnerships and the overall professional golf ecosystem
• Conduct regular check-ins with PGA TOUR international teams as well as partner tours on regular basis
• Analyze, develop, and recommend market growth opportunities in new and existing markets, particularly Asia
• Develop relationships internally and externally to help develop and implement the PGA TOURs international growth strategy
• Manage international tours budgeting process with Finance department
• Maintain oversight of international tour pathways and eligibility criteria in alignment with counterparts at the European Tour Group
• Analyze the professional golf landscape, as well as developing a strong knowledge base of professional tours around the world
• Develop presentation materials for use with stakeholders
• Work closely with counterparts at the European Tour Group to reinforce and grow the Strategic Alliance
• Travel with company leadership internationally to develop its business and partnerships
• Special projects or other duties as assigned
