We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Vintage and New HiFi Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks related to the sales and customer service of both vintage and new HiFi equipment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for audio equipment, experience with Shopify and e-commerce platforms and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

E-commerce: Manage our Shopify store, including updating product listings, managing inventory levels, and optimizing the online shopping experience for customers. Monitor sales metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in the HiFi industry, including new product releases and advancements in audio technology. Have a thorough understanding of the features and specifications of the products we offer.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale. Answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Sales: Assist customers in selecting the right vintage or new HiFi equipment to meet their needs and preferences. Provide product demonstrations and explanations of features.

Shipping: Coordinate and facilitate the shipping process for orders, ensuring that items are properly packaged and shipped to customers in a timely manner. Work closely with shipping carriers to track shipments and resolve any delivery issues.

Requirements:

Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify.

Previous experience in sales, preferably in the audio equipment industry.

Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping customers find the right products.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Knowledge of vintage and new HiFi equipment is required.

Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, as needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
