Our unique platform allows clients to better understand their energy usage and doubles as a project management solution for our solar partners. We are a stable, profitable startup with incredible year-over-year growth. We have been in business for 10 years and are continuing to expand.
Our next Director of Sales Ops will have strong background knowledge of the US residential solar energy marketplace. They should be skilled in sales forecasting, analysis, and reporting as they will have to be willing to roll up their sleeves for this position. This person will be able to work closely with sellers to identify bottlenecks in the sales process and translate those requirements to technical teams.

- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations
- Solar industry experience
- Excel, data viz and analytics tools experience
