POSITION TITLE: Dual Property Director of Sales
REPORTS TO: General Manager & Regional Director of Sales

POSITION SUMMARY: The Dual Property Director of Sales will be a dynamic, aggressive and outgoing sales professional who recognizes the importance of direct selling, building and maintaining relationships, outside sales calls, effective prospecting, internet marketing strategies, community involvement, civic responsibilities and integration with operations. Revenue Management experience and expertise complement all strong candidates.
THIS POSITION IS BEST FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:
- Comfortable being the Property Sales Leader and Excited about waking up in the morning to come to a job you love!
- At least 3 years experience as a Sales Manager with a proven track record.
- Experienced Sales Manager at a hotel with less than 150 rooms looking to advance their experience into a larger, more dynamic hotel.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strong focus and experience in building existing business and in new business development.
- Lead talented sales teams that makes the vision reality. Create an environment energized by the art of the possible, where talented, win driven professionals are excited to join, learn, exceed their best, and advance. Lead by modeling the way, by empowering, and coaching throughout the employment lifecycle.
- Manage and Direct all aspects of the sales and marketing division.
- Solicit new business via outside sales calls/area blitzes, prospecting calls, CVB and brand lead generation as well as develop internet research and respond to competitors reader boards to increase revenues and grow client base.
- Increase Revenue in Rooms of existing LNR Accounts.
- Maintain/Nurture relationships with existing clients via phone calls for follow up and solicitation along with outside sales calls.
- Achieve Monthly Revenue Goals set by the management team.
- Review Group Pick Up report to see pace to booking as well as to touch base and inform the client as to the reservation flow.
- Prepare and complete weekly reports as needed.
- Review Monthly financials to determine and anticipate need months and monitor guestroom booking pace vs. Budget.
- Attend Trade shows, chamber events and meetings as designated by General Manager.
- All other duties as assigned/required.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to communicate in English both written and verbally.
- Must maintain valid drivers license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
