Overview:

We are seeking a motivated energized individual to join our team. Licensed agents are preferred but we will accept candidates with history of sales and customer service. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for helping others secure their financial future.

Duties:

- Sell insurance policies to new and existing clients

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs

- Provide personalized insurance recommendations based on client's individual circumstances

- Educate clients on different types of insurance coverage options

- Process policy applications, endorsements, and renewals

- Assist clients with claims processing and provide support throughout the claims process

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies

- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and achieve company goals

Experience:

- Proven experience in retail sales or telemarketing

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus

- Previous experience in outside sales or insurance sales is preferred

- Familiarity with benefits administration and insurance products

Pay: $46,426.80 - $55,911.84 per year
