We are partnering exclusively with a key client in the insurance industry to identify two highly skilled Instructional Designers. This dynamic role involves spearheading various projects focused on enhancing sales processes and product training. The target audience for these training initiatives comprises insurance agents, encompassing comprehensive onboarding programs for sales professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging and impactful hybrid learning experiences, combining eLearning and instructor-led training (ILT) courses.
• Ensure visually appealing courses with a medium level of interactivity, including knowledge checks and assessments.
• Collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and utilize existing documents to enrich training content.

Location: Virtual

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months with strong possibility of extension (40 hours per week)

Requirements:

• Proven expertise as a blended learning Instructional Designer.
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and theories, including ADDIE and Blooms taxonomy.
• Basic knowledge of Project Management principles.
• A discerning eye for visuals and adherence to branding standards.
• Previous experience within the Insurance industry is a must.
• Demonstrated experience in the development of Sales and Product training.
• Expert in Articulate 360 (must own license and laptop).

The pay range for this project is $50.00 to $65.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
