General Manager

Position Summary

The General Manager is responsible for the performance and success of the studio. This encompasses everything involved in running the day-to-day operations of the SPENGA studio, from maintaining the books and staff management to the development and promotion of the SPENGA brand. Responsibilities also include sales of memberships, membership retention and community outreach to build the SPENGA brand.

Job Requirements

• Manage and exceed sales and retention expectations
• Manage all operational aspects of the business including but not limited to: ordering supplies, equipment maintenance, payroll, scheduling & studio cleanliness
• Lead, train, motivate and manage all staff to represent SPENGA
• Sell memberships and retail
• Retain and increase client participation
• Submit accurate and timely reports
• Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships
• Be a SPENGA ambassador promote, sell and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
