DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls with provided database.
• Make appointments and schedule visits to potential clients.
• Do presentations about company, product line and referral program.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
• Keep an organized agenda, follow up notes about every potential client.
• Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities and deals won from your meetings.
• Develop relationships with realtors and brokers.
• This position will be focused on appointment setting, executing sales presentations in a face to face format and closing sales
• Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule, including after regular business hours and weekends when needed.
• Candidate should possess an optimistic team-first attitude, as well as the competitive desire to be the best.
• Prospecting, Sales Administration and lead generation contacting business executives.
• Support marketing objectives where applicable.
• Build relationship with new and existing clients.
• Attend conference, meetings and industry events as needed.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Organized and detail oriented.

• Persistence and persuasive.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Experience with Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point), outlook.
• Results oriented.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales / Customer service Department. Preference high end furniture, kitchens, closets and millwork.Benefits offered:
